WARRANTY

Terrill Percussion Cajon drums carry a 5 year warranty against manufacturing flaws on the drum shell and lower resonating side, 1 year warranty on the batter side (the side you hit) for the original purchaser, from the date of original purchase.

It is a condition of sale that a Cajon, subject to a claim under our warranty, is returned to us by the original purchaser (and at their cost), with a copy of the original dated receipt and a completed warranty claim form, for review within the warranty period.
The original purchaser is also responsible for the return freight cost of any successful warranty claim. The return must be made in the original packaging the instrument was received in.

Terrill Percussion Cajon drums are professional instruments designed to be used in a professional manner and for the purpose for which they were designed - to be played at a lower volume.

The Cajon drum/s you have purchased are pieces of fine instrument making and deserve the same respect given to hand made guitars and other bespoke instruments. The Cajon is not like a regular drum, it has a plywood playing surface which requires softer sticks/mallets/hands/brushes or brushes to play with. The purpose of the Cajon Kit is to provide the musician with a quieter acoustic instrument especially for the accompaniment of other acoustic instruments. Please refer to our videos on YouTube for playing ideas.

Replacement heads will be available, there are a couple of methods of obtaining them.

Please remember that each Cajon is made individually by hand, so merely swapping over heads is not a replacement option. A copy of the original batter head will be produced.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or issues with your Cajon/s. You can find us on facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TerrillPercussion/ or email Roger at:
